Shipping and returns

1. Shipping

1.1. Time

For the purposes of these General Conditions, “delivery” or the Products shall be deemed to have been “delivered” at the time when the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the Products.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer in each order. A maximum of five (5) business days may elapse from the date the purchase is formalized until delivery. SOMIADORES, SL will not ship outside of Spain, excluding Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands. Products will be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the destination city.

If for any reason SOMIADORES, SL is unable to meet the scheduled delivery date, you will be informed of this circumstance and offered the option to continue with the purchase, setting a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a refund of the price paid.

1.2. Amount

During the purchase process, you will be informed of the shipping costs. The amounts will be as follows:

• From €0.00 to €89.99 the shipping price will be €5.90
• From €90 the shipping price will be FREE

2. Returns

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a Product within 14 calendar days without providing any justification. This period will begin to run from the date the Customer acquired physical possession of the Product. If the goods comprising the order are delivered separately, the period will begin to run 14 calendar days after the date the Customer acquired physical possession of the last of those Products.

The right of withdrawal cannot be invoked in the following cases:

1. The supply of Products made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
2. The supply of sealed Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Once the return has been made, SOMIADORES, SL will refund the amount paid for the Products (including shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the returned Product is received, using the same payment method used to make the purchase. However, the shipping costs for returning the Products will be borne by the Customer.

No refund will be issued if the Product has been used or damaged. Therefore, it must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including all instructions, documents, and packaging. This is without prejudice to the Customer's right to open and unpack the Product for the purpose of testing, analyzing, and evaluating it in order to make a final decision regarding its purchase.

In the event of loss, destruction, or any other cause that prevents the return of the order due to a cause attributable to the Customer, the Customer shall be liable for the market value of the service at the time of exercising the right of withdrawal, unless said value is higher than the purchase price, in which case the Customer shall be liable for the latter.
