The purpose of the Ared Foundation is to facilitate access to full citizenship for people at risk of social exclusion, promoting their independence through comprehensive training and support programs.
Its approach is to support the labour insertion of those who face greater barriers to accessing employment, providing personalized monitoring and structures adapted to their needs.
